Shipping & Returns

Return/Exchange Policy

ProBeautyKit.com reserves the right to refuse any return. Clearance items and sale items are not included in this return/exchange policy and are non-refundable. Items that are to be returned/exchanged must be in its original shape, unused, free of any defects, including but not limited to stained, scratched, used or torn parts. Please note that you must first e-mail customer service for a return authorization number. There is a 25% restocking fee and return shipping is at customer’s cost. For any electrical damages passed 15 days, you must contact the original maker.
 


Your shopping experience at ProBeautyKit.com is guaranteed to be a pleasant experience. Notify our customer service within 3 days of receipt of your order for any claims (e.g. shipping damage). There will be a 15 day return and exchange policy. Returns and exchanges are accepted with authorization only. ALL SALES ARE FINAL on Cosmetology, Barber, Manicure, Esthetician and State Board kits, combs & brushes, razors, shears (thinning & cutting), manicure implements, wet good items (chemical), clipper/trimmer blades, and sale items.
